At PAW MOBILE GROOMING, we work from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Below, we detail the current rules and regulations for using the PAW MOBILE GROOMING website, located at www.pawmobilegrooming.com. By accessing this website, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions; otherwise, please refrain from using any of our products and/or services. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in advance, and PAW MOBILE GROOMING will arrive within the assigned appointment window. In case of situations like traffic, road construction, or extended previous appointments, the groomer will notify the next client of the estimated time of arrival. We value the safety of your pets and will not rush the grooming process to meet schedules.
If you fail to attend your appointment or make last-minute changes, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply. The client agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice before canceling an appointment; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring their dog is in good health and properly vaccinated. They must disclose any behavioral or health issues to ensure the safety of both the groomer and the dog.
Health and Behavior Policy
The client must disclose any health issues (including vaccinations) or behavior problems. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions. Aggressive animals do not necessarily mean service rejection; muzzles can be used, but we reserve the right to suspend the service if the animal poses a danger. If health issues are found, it is the client's responsibility to inform us for the safety of the animal. A full service is not guaranteed if the animal does not cooperate or has difficulty standing.
Dematting and Matting
During the initial consultation, we evaluate your dog's coat condition to determine the best way to care for your pet safely and effectively. If the coat is severely matted, we may recommend dematting procedures, which could incur additional charges. We always prioritize the well-being and comfort of your pet.
Flea and Tick Policy
We conduct a visual inspection before each grooming session to detect signs of fleas or ticks. If a severe infestation is found, we will suspend the grooming process to avoid the risk of transmitting fleas to other pets or the team. We follow strict cleaning and disinfection procedures to maintain a hygienic environment.
Payment and Prices
Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards or cash. Prices are based on various factors, including the size and breed of your pet, specific services requested, the condition of your pet's coat, and the location of your home. There may be additional charges for services beyond what was initially agreed upon.
Groomer’s Responsibilities
The groomer will perform the agreed-upon services with care and expertise. However, they cannot be held liable for complications arising from pre-existing health conditions or the dog’s reaction to grooming procedures. In case of an emergency or accident during grooming, the groomer will attempt to contact the client. If the client cannot be reached, the groomer may seek veterinary care, and the client agrees to cover any associated costs.
Use of Products
We use professional-grade grooming products during the session. If you prefer specific products due to your dog's sensitivities, you must provide them before the session.
Liability Statement
PAW MOBILE GROOMING is not responsible for any health issues not arising from personal care services. Owners are responsible for keeping their pet's vaccinations up to date and informing the groomer of any known health issues. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from age or pre-existing conditions. Additionally, owners are not allowed inside the van during the service.

PAW MOBILE GROOMING and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the material on www.pawmobilegrooming.com. You must not copy, sublicense, sell, rent, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute content without prior authorization.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan, USA.
